the hotel had easy access and great parking. my room was immaculate and very well insulated. i did not hear any runway traffic at all from my room. i found the mattress and pillows comfortable for my five-night stay..
The bar staff seemed a bit preoccupied. They asked if we were residents before even offering menus.

the room had modern decor relevant to the area's history. there was a well-stocked tea tray for enjoying hot drinks. the spacious shower in the room was particularly pleasant. i found the air conditioning maintained a very comfortable temperature.

the bus stop is less than 200 yards away from the main entrance. i also noticed its proximity to the airfield. the hotel displays interesting aviation and f1 memorabilia adding to its unique character.

A Biggin Hill Gem!
modern decorspacious showerunfriendly staff
The modern decor suited the location perfectly, showcasing Biggin Hill history. I found the ground floor room very comfortable, especially with the well-stocked tea tray. I slept like a baby. The spacious shower was AMAZING!!!
Evening bar staff was not too friendly. They questioned if we were residents before offering menus. It felt quite unwelcoming and a little awkward, which dampened the mood slightly. I hope it will improve soon.
